Our farm is truly a haven for horses. Located in the heart of horse country, we are minutes from multiple schooling and show venues including the World Equestrian Center and Majestic Oaks. We are nearly every accomodation a horse could possible want/need and we are here for anything 24/7!
Our state of the art barn stays cool even on the hottest of days! There are two beautiful temperature-controlled tack room, a client washroom, a feed room and several wash and grooming stalls.
Our barn features large overhead aisle fans, pavers and a very wide aisle! Horses love being able to look out and enjoy the breeze through the barn. They are fed customized meals twice a day with wetted grain and beet pulp added at no extra charge.
Each matted 12×12 stall has an indivudal fan directly on the horses, water piped directly to the water bucket (not automatic to be able to monitor consumption!) and a window. And what horse doesn’t love being able to have their head out of their stall either with the beautiful european stall fronts? Stalls are cleaned throughout the day and all of the horses have unlimited access to hay. Horses are turned out at night in large, grassy paddocks with access to shelters and automatic waterers. Hay is also offered outside to ensure horses always have something to munch on.
We have 2 grooming areas that are conveniently located near a barn entrance for vets, farriers and getting on! Our 3 matted wash racks all have hot and cold water and are located just ouside of the barn!
The farm is just over 30 acres with ample hacking. We have a top notch, well cared for dressage arena with premium footing to school in. Additionally, we have a large jump field out front filled with show quality show jumps to trian for shows. In the back, there is our growing XC course with jumps from intro to training with several ditches and plans in the works for banks and a water complex. Moreover, we also have jump exercises set in the back to focus on footwork and ridability. Last but not least, we have a large round pen with manicured footing for our ground work and young horses!
